Do you need help understanding and addressing symptoms of mental illness? Let us know what topics you might want to hear more about!

Symptoms of mental illness can include excessive fatigue, anxiety, depression, feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness, thoughts of suicide, extreme swings in mood and personality, and more. We recognize that these symptoms are symptoms, and mental illness is an illness. If you experience these symptoms, the best thing to do is to speak to someone who can help. These groups can help.

At Southwest Lutheran Church we strive to be a community of belonging, listening, and caring. Christians struggle with mental illness, and we can take steps now to seek healing, even as we know that our ultimate hope for healing is in Jesus.
